Customers purchasing from touchland receive clear return, exchange, and refund options under the terms below.

Eligibility and Timing

For eligible purchases from touchland, the return or exchange request period remains open for 30 days from confirmed delivery.

A return must first be authorized through support@touchlandbloom.shop, after which touchland will provide the appropriate shipping instructions.

Return Labels and Quality Issues

Approved no-reason returns and exchanges do not require the customer to pay return postage; touchland supplies a prepaid label or comparable free arrangement.

touchland also bears all return shipping costs for damage, defects, quality concerns, wrong items, or missing items and components.

Approved returns and exchanges are processed without any restocking fee.

Items Not Eligible for a No-Reason Return

The no-reason program excludes personalized items, clearance and Final Sale products, gift cards, and any opened item intended for intimate or hygiene-sensitive use.

These exclusions never reduce a customer’s rights when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or otherwise protected by applicable law.

When Approved Funds Are Returned

Approved refunds are returned only to the original payment method and must arrive within 5-10 business days.
